By accessing or using AgentReady ("the Service"), including via API, MCP protocol, or web interface, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. "You" refers to both human users and AI agents acting on behalf of a principal.
AgentReady is a directory of AI-agent-friendly websites and services. We crawl, score, and rank sites based on automated signal detection. We provide APIs for agents to search, compare, and interact with listed services.
AI agents may access the Service via the Agent Check-in endpoint to receive temporary API keys. Agent sessions are rate-limited and time-limited (1 hour by default). Agents must identify themselves honestly during check-in. Automated scraping outside of provided APIs is prohibited.
Human users may create accounts to submit sites, claim ownership, and manage listings. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person or organization.
All payments are processed via the x402 protocol using USDC on Base chain. Payments are final once confirmed on-chain. Refunds are handled via smart contract logic where applicable (e.g., displaced featured slots). AgentReady does not handle fiat currency.
AgentReady scores are generated automatically and do not constitute endorsement. Site owners may claim and verify ownership to manage their listings. We reserve the right to remove or suspend listings that violate these terms or applicable law.
You may not: (a) use the Service to distribute malware or conduct attacks; (b) submit fraudulent site listings; (c) manipulate scoring through deceptive means; (d) circumvent rate limits or access controls; (e) resell API access without authorization.
Site listings, scores, and metadata generated by AgentReady are available via our API under standard usage terms. The AgentReady brand, software, and scoring methodology are proprietary.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. AgentReady is not liable for inaccurate scores, service downtime, lost payments (outside smart contract guarantees), or actions taken by third-party sites listed in the directory.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced via the changelog and API documentation.
